Intense conscious experience of tranquility and beauty at Lago di Cornisello

The two Laghi di Cornisello are located in the Brenta group in Italy. If the hiker takes the time to consciously perceive the impressions in this mountain landscape—the colors and shapes of the lakes as well as the surroundings—and perhaps reflects on them again in the evening, a more and more conscious experience of tranquility and beauty will gradually arise.

How can nature be cultivated or enriched during a walk by a lake?

Example: the conscious experience of Lake Tenno once in summer and once in autumn
Lake Tenno (Trentino) is well known to many people and is frequently visited. In summer, the water level is usually low, the peninsula is often accessible, and bathers are present. The shape of the lake is clearly defined and is further enhanced by its beautiful, often emerald-green color.
To reach Lake Tenno, one first descends from any side. It lies in a hollow and was formed in earlier times by a rockfall.
Where does the walker direct their attention?
Does he go to the lake to relax, unwind, gather new impressions, to ‘switch off and recharge,’ or does he go to the lake to consciously perceive the surroundings and cultivate a deeper relationship with them?
To experience the lake more consciously, the visitor can deliberately direct their senses toward different objects and ask themselves various questions, such as:
If the visitor succeeds in perceiving the lake, its shape, and its colors more clearly and intensely in this way, it will also be easier for other people who pass by to experience it. They will perceive the lake and the surroundings more intensely, either unconsciously or, if attentive, consciously, through their own light sphere. In this way, the visitor even promotes a stronger and more beautiful light sphere.
The two videos show Lake Tenno once in summer and once in autumn after heavy rainfall.
Despite the loss of form after heavy rain, the special and unique light sphere at the lake can still be clearly seen and experienced when the sun shines again.
